$700,000 Federal Grant Approved for the Route 30 Corridor SINC-UP Project

We are pleased to announce that a competitive multi-municipal grant application submitted to SPC has been approved for funding.

This project will convert traffic signals to LED technology along the Route 30 corridor from Forest Hills through North Versailles, saving 80% in energy costs as well as maintenance and replacement costs. The grant will also provide coordinated signal timing along the corridor, as well as emergency pre-emption technology.
